Takedown Procedure
If you believe that content available through Mafkers infringes your copyright, please send a notice containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material
- Your contact information
- A statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
- Your physical or electronic signature
We will review and respond to valid DMCA notices within 72 hours.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notice with the same requirements.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We will terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
Important Note
Mafkers is a tool that processes game files locally on user devices. We do NOT host, store, or distribute game content. DMCA notices should be directed at users who distribute modded files, not at Mafkers as a tool provider.
