Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect
We collect minimal data necessary to provide our service:
- Account data: Email address, display name, region preference
- Subscription data: Plan tier, billing cycle, payment metadata (processed by Lemon Squeezy)
- Usage data: Token usage, modding session count, engine detected (anonymized, opt-in)
- Device data: Device name, OS, app version (for device management, max 3 devices)
- Crash data: Error logs sent to Sentry (anonymized, opt-in)
2. What We DO NOT Collect
Mafkers does NOT collect, store, or transmit game content. All game file processing happens 100% on your device. We never see:
- Game binary files (.assets, .pak, .uasset, .pck)
- Game textures, audio, models
- Game save files
- Your translations (stored locally on your device)
The only data sent to our servers is:
- Authentication tokens (via Clerk)
- String text for translation (sent to LLM API via LiteLLM proxy, not stored)
- Anonymous telemetry metadata (opt-in)
3. Third-Party Processors
- Clerk — Authentication and user management
- Lemon Squeezy — Payment processing (Merchant of Record)
- Supabase — Cloud database (PostgreSQL)
- Cloudflare — CDN, Workers, R2 storage
- LiteLLM proxy — LLM API routing (to Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Google)
- Sentry — Error tracking (opt-in)
- PostHog — Product analytics (opt-in)
- Resend — Email delivery (newsletter)
4. Your Rights (GDPR + UU PDP)
Under GDPR (EU) and UU PDP (Indonesia), you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your data
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
- Erasure: Delete your account and all associated data
- Data Portability: Export your data in JSON format
- Object: Opt-out of telemetry and analytics

5. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while account is active, deleted 30 days after account deletion
- Usage data: 12 months rolling
- Crash data: 90 days (Sentry)
- Translation cache: Stored locally on your device, never on our servers
