We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions and one-time purchases. If you're not satisfied with Mafkers, request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

1. Visit Billing page
2. Click "Request Refund" on the relevant purchase
3. Select a reason and provide details
4. Submit the request

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Conditions

• Refund must be requested within 14 days of purchase
• Subscription refunds are prorated for unused time
• Credit Pack refunds: Only if credits have not been used (token_used = 0)
• One-Time Pack refunds: Only if license key has not been activated
• Refunds are processed via Lemon Squeezy (original payment method)

Non-Refundable Cases

• Purchases older than 14 days
• Credit Packs where tokens have been used
• One-Time Packs where license key has been activated
• Refund requests due to unsupported games (we clearly state supported engines)
