1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Mafkers ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
3. Subscription & Billing
Mafkers offers subscription plans (Free, Pro, Studio, Enterprise) and one-time purchases (Credit Pack, One-Time Pack).
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing period ends
- Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record)
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- Refunds available within 14 days of purchase (see Refund Policy)
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use Mafkers on games you do not legally own
- Use Mafkers on games with anti-cheat that prohibit modification
- Redistribute modded game files (mods are for personal use only)
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Mafkers application
- Share your account credentials with others (max 3 devices per account)
- Use the Service for any illegal activity
5. Intellectual Property
Mafkers is licensed, not sold. The software is protected by copyright laws. Game content remains the property of respective game developers.
6. Disclaimer
Mafkers is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- All games will be successfully translated
- Mod translations will not cause game issues
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mafkers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of game progress or save files
- Game account bans (user responsibility to check EULA)
- Loss of data
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time via Account Settings.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. For international users, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
